I've seen a lot of sponsored videos but I can't recall one that was so seemlessly integrated. Well done. It almost looked like it was part of the video.
I LOVED how he decided not to restate the subject of the video and went straight to it. Acknowledging that we as viewers are plenty capable of reading titles.
I broke one of these rules, and may continue to do so in the future. While I've never stormed the beach on two wheels, I've had to ford many streams. Cold. Cold ones. Usually when there was ice present to some degree. The majority were ankle deep, but there were plenty that would have come up around knee high. If there was significant flow to either make noise over my exhaust or break up/stop the ice from forming, I'd continue to look for the best crossing. Here's where my actions diverged from the advised: I would cross at an angle that had me going slightly upstream against the flow. Obviously I want to cut a short a line as possible, but after witnessing a buddy lose traction crossing perpendicular to flow and almost losing it myself (I got wetter than I wanted. COLD!) I've since then adapted the angle. Never with flow, always slightly against. Ya know what? After some consideration my aging joints and arthritis have voted. "F*€K that cold weather." How will I ever convince them otherwise?
that transition to that AD was on another level, it took 10 seconds to realize I was watching a commercial (which I normally skip). Alright Nord VPN, you got me this time
In Monterey and San Benito Counties (California) we have a bunch of paved fords, some in unexpected places. Depth is rarely an issue, usually not even up to the axles. _Traction_ will get you, though, algae is slick as snot! We usually sent someone ahead on foot to gauge depth and traction. It was always worth the stop.
As a rider that has passed through many of rivers seat deep on a 250 2-smoke i can clarify half of what your talking about including throttle/clutch control and speed going through the water if you can half wheelie against the current fadt enough from the peek of passage depending on depth and water speed if you hug your legs to the bike as if you were in an oh shit moment regular riding you create a wave around your bike that will still allow good airflow around your airbox and you also get good practice for wheelies and if you do drown her out simply turn your gas off kick it over a few times tip it on its ass end and turn it over a couple of times by hand and repeat the process untill no water pours from the exgaust after that turn on fuel full choke and kicker over till she fires and let her warm up fully before continuing your way but all in all great video for anyone that has no idea

@@SoybeanAK copy that. Myself and the bike are a bit heavier. I don't know the meaning of conservative. I'm showing cords at 3k. Perhaps I'll swap on a car tire.
the only bad thing about fortnine is how long of a gap there is between videos, ryan even makes the sponsorship segment feel interesting and gets me to watch it. i can’t help but to think this video was probably supposed to go out in summer tho, and not approaching winter…
You took water cooling to a whole new level...
I'm glad to see that a bright yellow rubber duck (I have on in my bathroom!) played such a major role in the modifications!! Bravo Sir! Bravo!!
I wish you guys would at least make a video per week - I have serious withdraw symptoms.
Entertaining, yet informative also. Even the sponsor interlude. I'm impressed
Love the dive flag on the tank 😁
"...where your bow-wave provides a trough for your air intake to breath!" Fantastically practical tips. Thanks F9.
Love the little watery cough from the cylinder to close -priceless!!!
Full throttle and close your eyes
My favourite video! so much fun churning out while helpful advice. And the sponsor portion - i didn't even realise first it was an ad lol, even enjoyed that.
Is it me or Ryan's videos are getting weirder? ... Weird or not, always fun to watch!
I tip my hat to that Titanic reference @ 3:44 well played Ryan
Every video created by fort nine is a masterpiece. He is the da Vinci of the motorcycle world
OMG one of the best from the channel. Welcome back Ryan.
I've seen a lot of sponsored videos but I can't recall one that was so seemlessly integrated. Well done. It almost looked like it was part of the video.
The guy counting the money in the background 😂
@@Robottorobots those little subtleties are one of the things I live about this channel.
I lost it when Ryan gurgled underwater 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Amazing content as always 💖💖💖
man, i could watch that for hours, these videos all always to short - i need a Netflix special of FortNine - thx Ryan and Team ❤
I hope this was as fun to make as it was to watch, thanks for another great video. Music is on point!
This guy got more than 1,500,000 subscribers. You see here why! This is funny and full of skill without prétention. Unique!
I LOVED how he decided not to restate the subject of the video and went straight to it. Acknowledging that we as viewers are plenty capable of reading titles.
I lived in Vietnam for 12 years. I have drove through many floods and everything he has said is 100% accurate.
Alright Nord VPN, you got me this time
Exactly none of this activity appeals to me but I'm just as glad this video was made. As always, well done!
Best motor channel on earth. Much wow. So sophisticated
As a rider that has passed through many of rivers seat deep on a 250 2-smoke i can clarify half of what your talking about including throttle/clutch control and speed going through the water if you can half wheelie against the current fadt enough from the peek of passage depending on depth and water speed if you hug your legs to the bike as if you were in an oh shit moment regular riding you create a wave around your bike that will still allow good airflow around your airbox and you also get good practice for wheelies and if you do drown her out simply turn your gas off kick it over a few times tip it on its ass end and turn it over a couple of times by hand and repeat the process untill no water pours from the exgaust after that turn on fuel full choke and kicker over till she fires and let her warm up fully before continuing your way but all in all great video for anyone that has no idea
if most youtube channels posted videos nearly as good quality as these I wouldn't have time for anything
The cpr bit in the back while talking about the sticks is pure art.
Love this channel for its ability to make me laugh whilst providing valuable information
