They've completely remodeled the Osaka Pokemon Center since Sword and Shield came out according to a person I know who works there. Fewer tables in the TCG area now since the COVID-19 stuff started. Also Uniqlo has closed and a wall is up there I'm told.
Yep. Actually I visited Osaka again during December last year. They said that some stuffs were transferred to Osaka Pokemon DX. I have a video but was not able to upload yet due to my busy schedule haha.

In the tretta in the philippines, can it still be scaned even though its not japanese tretta?
I believe tretta chips are universal. It can be scan in any tretta machines.
