I adore your tutorials, it’s like being in the room with you you’re such a natural crafter. Never worry they are too long because if I can’t watch it in one go, it’s something to look forward to later.

Never used mica powders myself. But I must say after watching your tutorial, I may just be brantching into another area of craft products?

Oh there is lots to do with mica powder x
If you don't want to spend money on mica powders, use (old) eyeshadow.... lots of colours
I have never worn eyeshadow in my life 🙃 great idea tho x

These are stunning Heidi, I have loads of mica powders that I’ve had for years but have never seen this technique before, amazing. The worst thing for me about this video is that I have been crafting for years and I don’t have any layering stamps!!!😮 ❤
I must admit I havnt had them that long but I have quite a few now x I do love a layering stamp x
This is such a great technique!! I’ve used mica powders with versamark before but have never done this lift technique with layering stamps - will definitely need to try this!

Hair spray seals it too. I ran out of fixative, so I tried my hair spray and it worked! And dollar store has cheaper spray too. Just and FYI for ya. 😊

On the black/silver example that you showed at the start, the whole flower looks shimmery so I originally thought every layer was going to use mica powders but now I’m thinking you used the shimmer spray to set it? Is that right?

I have had real problems cutting any dies with the double sided sticky tape on the back.Any tips ? Also do you use a big electric die cutting machine ? If so which one ?💟
I don't have a problem cutting mine...you can put a shim of paper in tho.
My electric machine is the cut and boss but it's discontinued now x
