Kneeland was pretty much a consensus 2nd round pick by the draft "experts", is definitely a premium run stopper, really can help control the LOS. Tank Lawrence is in the sunset years now, and I agree, that he has been the best run stopping DE throughout his career. Lawrence has more speed, and agility getting to the QB though. Chance for Kneeland to learn how to play the position from a great established player.
That fires me up, what a tape! Ed Jones, Tony Tolbert, Greg Ellis, and DeMarcus Lawrence have been the Cowboys DE's that I've personally watched as a fan that were DE's that were exceptional run defenders, strong at the point of contact. Haley and Ware were not chopped liver either but those first four I named could just flat whip an offensive tackle and be waiting for the RB when teams ran at them, most of the time. Looks like the Cowboys may have another one in that mold. 🎉
aye he a beast as a cowboyz fan and i know its already training camp but i came over here to look at some game footage and see what he look like in game i know the nfl is different but i wanna see what workin tank 2.0 😤
I’m good with the pick however I was expecting Marshawn Lloyd’s name based on our expectations when they said Marshawn so I initially was disappointed until hearing more. Dorance Armstrong is gonna be a solid hole so he will do.
Average fans demand LT type highlights from all Defensive players but its just not realistic. Ide say Kneeland definitely got some pop, him and the flying Hawaiian frim Notre Dame will add some needed run stopping on our D.
D law had double digit sacks in college and had 20 TFL that final year in college. This guy maybe will be really good someday, but don’t put him in the d law class. He doesn’t have d laws pass rush ability coming into the draft.
Has no pass rush. Played at a small school. Has one year of good tape and he still wasn’t dominant. I’m a cowboys fan. Should’ve picked the highest back on our board in the 2nd and then your draft is a success. Right now it’s yet another question mark in a saga of questions.
My 2 cents...Too high of a pick, the real reason why you haven't heard of this guy is he's not that good, you yourself said he's a prospect, but we'll see after this coming year. Keep that same energy, you probably thought the same thing about Mazi the bust...BT

Kneeland is actually a little faster in all testing 10,20,40 and a little more agile while 16lbs heavier.

Thanks for the review.
DeMarcus Lawrence's legs got tired so we brought in some energizers in the draft

All the stupid casual fans hate the pick..
Not liking the pick doesn’t make you a casual.
That's why they are stupid!!
@@Nancys_minion221not liking him just because you hate Dallas or Jerry makes you a casual.
@@ddarnell44 That also does not make you a casual. Tbh no one even said anything about not liking Jerry here so I’m not sure what’s your point.

Defense looking good now 🔥 him and Justin Rogers nice

💯🔥Yesss🔥💯
Has a lot of potential. It's not that bad of a pick.
Smokin!
Hope it works out for the Cowboys, but Pokes could have done better. I'm a MAC fan and for this pick #56, I would have expected more production.
Especially against lower competition.
He got a strong build.
With dlaw n parsons help greg hardy as a coach he will be a beast
Kneeland DID crush the opponent until they ran to his side, where he WASN’T in his run-fit to stop the play, as he got washed into a pile of people.

Where’s the Haynes vid???
My 2 cents...the Cowboys are horrible at drafting their number 2 picks...BT
trevon diggs was a second round pick

@shelovezrobert9236 We don't know what he can do yet, come with someone else. Keep it a buck...BT

Better athlete than football player but he could get there with good coaching

D tired law gets tired in playoffs because of the long season. Law's words! This kid won't.
Not anywhere near D law. Dude

I’m hoping he plays well but this does nothing for me he didn’t play good competition
Iowa is good competition
Starting to think you might be right…..
MID. Definitely was better picks on the board.
if he isn't all pro, he is a bust; we needed a RB with that pick.
Good take
We got Zeke plus 4 others no we don’t need a rib. Next year we get a one
Dumbest comment I've seen

This is Tanks last season with the Cowboys
He’s a good player but not a superstar bruh relax
“Superstar” potential….he can be a good starter one day if everything works out, but you are seriously overrating this dude
😂😂
You are under rating him though
Kneeland is a horrible pick and won’t be anything but a back up
Another golston 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️
Taco Charlton 2.0. He will be injured by the end of mini camp
Couldve gotten him udfa couldve gotten anybody better
🗑️
I dont see it. To be honest the cowboys are horrible at drafting d line.
Greg Ellis, DLaw, Dware, Glover, Jay Ratliff, Canty, and Spears, etc. I think they've drafted okay.
Do tell us DLine Guru.. What don't you see??
