Thanks for asking but I'm only an elevator enthusiast and I'm not a business or an engineer for any of the companies. But from my experience, I'd not go for either of the 2 unless either of them does fit the location's aesthetics
There's actually 2 elevators per building in this residential complex, but I decided not to show the other one because newer Gen2s are very basic and genericy looking in my opinion
OTIS elevators are looking really boring these days, unlike Schindler or Kone or other elevator manufacturers who have cabs with good design and stuff.
Hate to say this, but Schindler 3300s and 3000s are also over rated, as much as OTIS Gen2s like these. Anything for a Schindler, I'd go for a 5500 or 7000 or anything old like 5400, 300, etc. Other than those, I'd mostly think about KONE, Fujitec, Hyundai and other good companies.
