God's Law, Decrees, Statutes, Precepts - I'm Confused (Psalm 119)

Psalm 119 is the longest psalm--and chapter--in the Bible, but it lends itself to prayer, meditation and study. You will find many similar words for law--statutes, decrees, precepts, testimonies and others--and that can be confusing. How can we read and meditate on Psalm 119 in the midst of the confusion?

This is very informative. Thank you for your exploration and discussion that has helped focus what these words mean. It's good to know these words which can be quite loaded really show God's love to help us know His Kingdom ways. We are quite brainwashed, mind controlled and programmed by the world it takes time to know the real meanings God would like us to grow in more understanding and expectations to elevate us into our potential we have to grow in Christ's image and character.
