Hi I had purchased Scorp 2 but having trouble balancing the gimbal with Sony a6100 no matter what I do only the tilt axis works correctly. I followed the steps from your tutorials and still facing issues with the roll axis and pan axis. I want to know if I had received a defective or damaged product and requested replacement from my seller accordingly.
I can feel slight stiffness with the pan and roll axis motor not moving freely compared with tilt axis motor not sure if it's because it's new?
