    5:15 -- "If you want to make sure that you have print that ends up as the flap itself, you want to make sure that you start by punching that at your top right." Excellent instructions! Thank you.🤩😀

    Andrea, thanks so very much for showing us how to do this. I love envelopes - I obsess about envelopes. Probably would drive a therapist insane. Anyway, thanks so much for this great tutorial. Diane

    I can’t imagine how long it took to figure these measurements out! This is a beautiful way to use the 12x12 papers with the pretty borders. Thank you!

    Thank you, thank you for this tutorial. I am making cards as a gift for a wedding couple and needed a large envelope to "wrap" them in. This was perfect!

      I learned last week that you have to keep the envie height under 6 1/8" to avoid the oversized envelope charge. I was less than 1/8" over with the 6.25" one and they sent it back to me for more postage. :(

    This is so cool, thank you so much for sharing. How can I make this envelopes for a 3D card?

    • @andreasoriginals
      @andreasoriginals  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can take it to a scoreboard and score 1/8"-1/4" away from the existing lines to make it a "fat" envelope.

    I think this is genius, Andrea. I wish I knew the "secret formula" for calculating the sizes and starting point. Could you also come up with enveloes for 11 inch paper which could be cut from legal or ledger size paper that can be printed in a standard home printer or copied on a copy machine? I would love to print on the paper instead of having to use scrapbook paper. Thanks, Andrea, girl genius!
