Dear Sir, we have registered our IEC with my company director DSC, we also obtain second DSC from emudhra in the name of another authorized signatory, The company decided to use the second DSC signature for all DGFT transaction and certification. how can I cancel the first DSC which is mapped with company DSC in DGFT portal and start using second DSC for all DGFT related services , please guide. Using the Digital Signature Certificate on the DGFT Platform: What is Digital Signature Certificate? • Digital Signature Certificate is a secure token in the shape of a USB drive. It is used to sign documents and applications electronically on the DGFT and other e-platforms. • For DGFT, it may be a Class 2 or Class 3 DSC token • You may get your DSC Token from any CCA approved agencies. Please refer to this link for the list of licensed DSC providers. What are the pre-requisites for using Digital Signature certificate (DSC) for signing? • The validity period of DSC should not have expired • Make sure that Drivers for Digital Signature are installed on your system, so that your machine can read the token • Please download and install the emBridge utility from the link here Any of the following DSC tokens works on the DGFT platform - Token Type: a) Individual Based Token - Based on the nature of the firm, DSC can be of the proprietor, partner, director, Trustee, Karta etc. of the IEC Firm. What should we do if I am getting an error “Token User Pin has to be Changed”? • Kindly change the default password of your DSC token and then proceed. Q5. dgft dsc works on dgft. But for icegate you need class 3 dsc. both are different. thats what i know
