I made the chia on parchment paper on the dehydrator trays and when they were done I left them intact & poured the chocolate over the whole tray. Left them on the parchment and froze them. I did like 10 trays & just stacked them still on the parchment on top of each other in the freezer. After frozen, snapped into pieces. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Thx for all your ideas! You are awesome!

I just found out that AI (adequate intake) for omega 3 is 1600mg. 2tbs of chia has 300% AI for omega 3. Flax, hemp, walnuts and pumpkin seeds are also great sources. Studies are being done on high level omega 3 intake and reversing fibrous liver, elevated liver enzymes, Nash, etc. This recipe could heal a lot of liver problems if used regularly with other healthy food. My brother got stage 4 liver cancer a couple years ago. He is still alive due to tecentriq- an immunotherapy. He was close to leaving his two teenagers. He had no symptoms before it was critical so it is really important to supply your liver with what it needs.

Wonderful and yummy. Just a thought, you can also use basil seeds for those of us that have issues with oxalates. You would use 1/2 c basil seeds to 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 c water.

I made these a few days ago and they are so good... definitely reccomend, I didn’t like chia before and i thought it made my stomach hurt but I think it was because I was eating cold chia pudding and I can’t eat cold stuff because it causes me immense pain (I have IBD) these were simple and easy to make and now I can finally use up the mass amounts of chia I had accumulated... nice!! My 4 year old loves them too!

A tip for people like me in cold locations. Remove a few trays from the dehydrator and put your coconut oil in there for 30 min or so. And once you mix up the chocolate, if it starts to harden up. Place the bowl in there for a few minutes and it will soften up.

Great idea 💡 ✊🏾❤️❤️❤️✊🏾💋. We made this today and taste great and body let us know appreciated as baby vegetarians needed the omega protein and overall wholesome goodness. Started yesterday evening with the dehydration and today made another batch only had one tray of chia seeds. Today made the cocoa and loved how we were in control of the taste from bitter to yummy goodness sweet with the syrup added. Ordered vitamin today and going on Markus website to order some hard to find things shared. Excitement.

Thank you for all your lovely videos .
I adore how Cara even is kind to her machinery like her blender and her dehydrator
because everything is energy and if you’re banging things around
and rushing around just creates a lot of negative energy and Cara is so lovely that way she’s so sweet and calm.
I teach yoga and I’m very envious of how flexible she is too.

That's GREAT, but don't get discouraged if you slip up. That's what lightly steamed broccoli and cauliflower is for, "cheat days". I add one if the many PLANT BASED butters on top, LOADS of minced garlic (garlic through a garlic press tastes best!), a little sea salt, pepper and nutritional yeast, chop up green onions and throw on top and RIGHT THERE, your eating healthier than 70% of the population. Don't forget to enjoy kale, spinach, dinosaur kale, avo etc. SALADS and smoothies with all the "supplements " Being, aloe, sea moss, dandelion green, protein powders EVEN IF YOUR NOT WORKING OUT, I could go on and on but that's what I mostly do. I also eat cooked balck beans, lentils, mung beans raw.
