    Was thinking of selling and moving to my land in OK. Building a house out there. Timing is off right now so I guess I can wait for a couple years. After watching your video I am thinking this area is really nice. Been here since 2002. I just never got to look around, I am always out of the country. Finally stayed almost a whole year here this year 2022-2023. Rancho Cucamonga is like Owasso Ok. And Like some nice parts in the Philippines like Ayala Alabang.

      @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I couldn't say for sure because I'm not involved in rentals... from what I've seen I would say you're probably looking at a minimum of $2,500/mo though

    How do you think an air bnb will do in Rancho Cucamonga?

    • @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor
      @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Unfortunately I'm not too sure because I'm not too familiar with air bnb's

    • @aychemara
      @aychemara ปีที่แล้ว

      Having transient renters for max of 1 week stay is sometimes going to be a head ache. That’s why the high end condos in the Philippines does not allow Air BNB. Minimum rental stay is 6 months. Air BNB did their own study and it shows it brings down the property value.

    How about the smell? Is there any smell from the cow farms?

    • @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor
      @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor  ปีที่แล้ว

      I have not personally found any parts of Rancho Cucamonga getting any of the cow farm smells

    • @aychemara
      @aychemara ปีที่แล้ว

      I live in Terra vista Rancho Cucamonga. No cow smell here. That’s more likely in Ontario

      There's always a trade-off.. prices are higher in CA but you don't have the MI winters. Do you live in MI?

      @@JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor yup, winters in OK. are cold as well and in the summer rain and humidity just like in the Philippines. Here in Rancho Cucamonga currently sunny and the nights are a 15c. That’s cold for us tropical peeps
