    Since you guys are using some Wahoo hardware, do you have any favorite workouts of theirs on the bike (via their SYSTM app/content)? Kind of wish they'd just include a bunch of your workouts/content in their setup. I can imagine that would be killer. Everything else is so roadie focused.

      Yeah, Wahoo hardware is sick! If you’re already using Systm do the 4DP test, it’s what we recommend all our pro riders do to understand their weak areas and spend time on the areas that count. Personally I really rate the FTP ramp series for an initial boost in your capacity, it’s only an hour for each on but the progression is brilliant…. And tough!!!

    as long as your doing regular consistent low rep , compound lifts , to keep the body working together can you still do isolation sets for weaker bodyparts ?

      Compound lifts first for sure. If you've identified a weakness in another/other areas it would be advisable to use some supplemental movements. Is there something we can help with? Do you have a deficit in an area?

      @@Fit4Racing Thankyou! from a strength standpoint, possibly not , maybe chest has always been a lagging part but only in aesthetics, not strength, but certainly my mobility could be improved . My pelvic shifting to change direction on the bike quickly certainly isn’t what it once was and hinders me in racing
