170g butter, softened
1 & 1/4 cups granulated white sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 & 1/4 cups Greek yogurt
2 & 1/4 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
CINNAMON STREUSEL
1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt 4 tbsp butter, melted or softened
