@@keithclark486 I’m not a “Squier” kind of guy. After trying out a Performer I’d be much more inclined to hunt down a Vintage American or one of the Japanese Mustangs. Cheers -Ryan
@@Florida_Boi_333 I have the performer I don't care for the jumbo frets ' the pickups selector switch wouldn't work after 2 weeks ' the vibroto system isn't that good on it , pickups and wiring are good but for the price difference if I had it to do over again I'd go with the squire version and upgrade it. Also the neck pocket has hairline cracks and I had to cut the nut down on it ' played sharp down towards the nut. I have a mim duosonic that's just as good as far as quality build.
Probably the best youtube demo of a Fender mustang. Very cool.
Just got this guitar and gotta say, I LOVE LOVE IT! The tremolo is so smooth feels like butter! 👍🏻👍🏻♥️
Wilda Mendez I have one too, one of the most magical guitars I own. Got it when they first came out and still in love, never ever selling it 🙏🎶
and now I want a Mustang...
Do it I just bought this one it's tasty
Save some money and get the Squier version
The preformer is overpriced and not all it's made out to be.

@@keithclark486 I’ve found that is not the case at all.
I have both the MIM and the American Performer and both are great. You CAN tell a difference
