I appreciate how you immediately show the back flip instead of only showing it 5-6 minutes into the video. A lot of other you tubers would drag the video out to get to the part in the title but you don’t, gotta give props. Makes it feel less scummy and I end up actually wanting to watch the rest of it.

@Matt he gets 'attacked' by some of the girls often but always playful. If he feels tension in a group or something negative towards him he won't go for a walk. He always reads the mood of the individual lion and the group.

@@tellmemorethx Yep it must have been Livy as he had just said he was following Ginny and it definately wasn't Vayetse.
@Matt all of the lions Kevin interacts with he has worked with for several years if not 10+ years he is frequently “stalked/jumped” by some of the lionesses. But always in the same way they would their own pride mates. Never predatory.
I’m not sure if you have seen many of his videos but you might get a better understanding of Kevin’s relationship with them and his foundation overall.

Vayetse is an absolutely gorgeous lion. He physique always leaves me in awe! What I would do to see him up close. Those ladies with him are just as stunning and always keeping him on his toes. What a wonderful pride!

They've been brought up in such a wonderfully personal manner that they behave so joyously and excitedly just like pet dogs, when they're about to be taken for a long walk.
Lol! Poor kitties....After Kevin closes the enclosure gate and walks away, they stay at the fence line, looking at him like 'Hey Dude! Aren't you at least going to give us one little goodbye scratch before taking off?" They really love him!

I'll be watching Kevin's hand in camera petting the cats and thinking, "Aw, that is so cute," and then one of them lifts their head and you see the massive fangs and the massive claws, and that just never gets old.
Big Cats and dogs do NOT have "FANGS" their big knife like teeth are called, "CANINES." SNAKES (& spiders) have FANGS because fangs fold back and they have a tiny hole to inject VENOM. Just for your INFO

I'm not comparing or anything, it's just that I personally love the way Kevin interacts with the lions more than Dean Schiender. Kevin has a bond with them, but still gives them their space and respect. Their majestic charm shines through....
Agreed..I sense humility and authenticity in Kevin than Dean..I feel like Dean is just doing these videos to show off on youtube instead of just be and let the natural interaction with the lions come through like it does with Kevin.
