I've listened to this one track alone about 100 times so far and it still hasn't gotten even slightly stale. The pacing of this track is incredible. It just kinda coasts along and weaves in and out of grooves while remaining a 4/4 you can bob your head to. I hope for some variety on this record but I also hope he has more of these too. He can run that modern pop culture RnB with the best of 'em.
Being someone who's not into this genre at all, I found this really rad. It's chilled asf and showcases Tyler's pop influences extremely well
Why is EVERYONE comparing Tyler to Jonny? They both have completely different styles and sounds, always have, since Woe or DGD. They BOTH are incredible, BOTH are by FAR the best solo artists around and BOTH will(hopefully) continue to inspire and touch the hearts of their fans with their OWN music.

Tyler was solo before Issues was even a band. That's one of the biggest reasons I love Issues. Each member could split off and start their own side project and each one would be entirely different from the others. Each one would be killer as well. How those guys managed to blend all of their styles into one so seamlessly is still beyond me.

This is Tyler's passion in music, we all know he loves this kind of music, but he's always amazing and in love with his band Issues as well. If you're going to hate... get out and don't watch the damn thing. If you're a true fan of his and want to support him, then do so. Maybe some of you are disappointed because you're used to hearing him do music like Issues, but everyone has more than one style of music that they like, so get over it. If you're looking to explore other genres outside of the heavy metal, and hardcore scene and stuff, progressive rock is definitely the genre for you to explore. Bands like The Mars Volta, Amarionette, Eidola, Stolas and more are definitely the bands you should give a try
There is honestly nothing generic about issues. They have a very unique sound compared to a lot of other current bands. Scout played a huge role in their sound and production in which they did a very good job breaking the mold of rise.

Tyler can go on a solo career all he likes, his music will appeal to different people that way and i'd be happy to see him get success wherever he goes. But all of you fans of Issues and Woe, Is Me shouldn't even be allowed to comment here. This isn't your style of music and Tyler isn't your husband, don't go judging him because he's taking 'a different path'. He should be free to pursue any other music he wants to, so go back to the music you like him singing and just ignore this exists if you don't like it.
