I have a question. Create a Permanent Resident Portal Account, Do we need to do an account for the SPONSOR AND PRINCIPAL, so I and my parents will create their own account for the Permanent Residence Portal?

As of now I have open the one account for my principal applicant (My Mom). All the form should be fill by principal applicant including the forms related to me (Sponsor). My Dad will dependent on same application.

You need to create only one account for the principal applicant. The principal applicant will fill out all the online forms for him/herself and all the dependents. The sponsor needs to complete his/her form separately, print them, sign them by hand, scan them, and upload them to the Principal applicant’s account.

I would pay and provide the proof of old biometrics, if IRCC does not require it again, they will refund.

I had the biometrics done for my mom in july for tourist visa , do i still pay again fir biometric?

For safe side I would pay the fees and also upload old biometrics in "others" . they will refund if they do not require it again.

Hi, I did not include my spouse as a co-sponsor when I submitted my interest to sponsor form in 2020. Can I include him as the co-sponsor now in the application

If you submit “interest to Sponsor “ then you should wait for 2 weeks and then if you don’t get invited, you can apply for super visa.
If you have not submitted the “interest to sponsor “ then yes you can apply for super visa now and it will not cause any problem to PR in future.
