I was wondering how in the hell is that guy absorbing all those bionic kicks and bionic punches? Just one should have been enough to lay him out like a bed spread. Then I read the comments and realized this is a joke. A Fall Guy episode made to mimic the SMDM. Brilliant.
I wondered the same thing. I thought this was a Six Million Dollar Man episode. I noticed Steve Austin using his left arm when it's the bionic right arm. I've never seen this episode or as a Fall Guy episode. Interesting take. 🤔🤨👍✌️🇭🇲🦘🐨
Thanks for the video. Colt Seavers as Steve Austin. I would watch The Fall Guy and sometimes think of the bionic sound effect when Colt is fighting someone. Now I've finally seen it.
The editors made plenty of mistakes throughout the series. Steve was tied to the pillar of a basement once and as the bad guys were tying him up with his back against the board, you could visibly see that that the vertical board was pre-broken by the prop department so that Lee Majors could pull on the board with his hands behind his back and escape.
Very nicely-done. The demonstrates how a lot of Steve Austin's 'bionic' feats weren't really all that super-human (they tended to either require no bionics at all or to require more than three bionic limbs could possibly accomplish no matter how powerful, with very little in-between). The only giveaway this is actually a re-dressed episode of The Fall Guy is that Steve Austin hardly ever punched or kicked anyone; he pretty much always threw them.
Not these! You’ll never find them as SMDM episodes they never existed as real, full SMDM episodes, so they aren’t in the SMDM DVD set. They’re spliced together bits from different shows, made by the owner of this channel. This bit is from the Fall Guy. There is another one with bits from the Incredible Hulk. This guy does a great job putting these together, they look very real. Wish they had been. They look like they would have been fun to watch.
@The Cross Of Christ they usually can’t because of insurance purposes. A number of tv actors in 60’s and 70’s were forbidden to do some of the more outrageous stunts.
Interesting clip, although Lee's stunt double is seen too often. Guess they thought it just wouldn't be safe for the real actor to be so close to a large sword? I've heard Lee say in interviews that they expected a season 6 and were surprised that the show was cancelled after season 5 (which explains why the last episode in season 5 doesn't bring any closure to the series). In fact, it's just another episode with Steve on another mission). So, perhaps this episode would have been part of a 6th season if the show hadn't been cancelled after season 5??? It's a shame they didn't add it to the box set. Thanks for posting it though!
This is actually a clip from "The Fall Guy", which I referenced at the end of the video description above. I was being funny about it being a SMDM clip. I took the clip and "bionic-ed" it by adding music and sound. I thought it lent it self well to the process. But I totally agree about the stunt double. Both stunt doubles really didn't look much like the actors, but I guess it was less noticeable on TVs...
@@QuantumBuc OOPS! I guess I missed seeing that reference. Funny thing though, I actually thought it might be from The Fall Guy, at first -- due to Lee's appearance - and that someone thought it would be funny to put in the Steve Austin sound effects. Sorry, this is an episode of the fall guy that started a few years after six million dollar man ended. Yes it was lee majors that starred in the fall guy, but it’s not a lost episode of six million dollar man. Gets your facts straight.
Geez! Of course it isn’t the SMDM. The owner of this channel is just splicing clips together for fun. Don’t be so negative. Guess a person can’t even have a bit of fun online these days without someone calling them out!
Dude... I'd run... Because Steve hit the guy in the head with several bionic punches and the lil guy still kept coming forward! Biomic man... Meet the Terminator T-1000 😂😆
Come on, how many stories! It breaks through walls, bends metals, jumps a skyscraper and then, in a melee, a fist fight comes out from suburban bullies. And even Tarzan manages to imitate (and badly). But if Steve Austin has a bionic arm, the first right in his face takes his head off and that's it? Of course, the hypothesis remains that that day , some fuse was blown or the whole control unit went to hell and had to make do as he could!
Good grief you people, use your heads and read his descriptions! QuantumBuc obviously likes to splice clips of different shows together for fun, to create something new and different. It’s atomic power packs and he only had the bionic eye. Jamie has the bionic ear and I’m sure it’s powered by the same atomic power packs.
