That's awesome. Most ppl don't know about Mr. Waters and certainly don't know about his band. So it's cool that you know about him & his band too. My grandparents would play his music for me & my sister. And he's been one of my favorite artist for my whole life

I met him in 73 at Fresh Air in Seattle, he walked around the club and sat at tables, chatted with my girlfriend and I, very gracious, he only played the last three numbers of a set to not overwork.
Now this is REAL music Great Willie Dixon on the Bass Guitar! All our Rock and Metal would never to be appear without these great musicians. That's infectious, real emotion. It's all about making music. I guess most of modern pop music forgot about that spirit.

boogie blues monster with one eye closed looking around that shaky corner brothers and sisters you know big and strong and where im comeing from blues legends of yesteryear
I LOVE this version, first saw it as a kid watching the rockumentary "Heroes of Rock & Roll," hosted/narrated Jeff Bridges on the ABC Friday Night Movie back in '79.
This looks good with a tightened up, 16x9 cropping. The director and cameras, lighting all quite superior, far better than the usual standard of that era.
The amount of blues legends that have been on this show back in the day, the fact that most of these dudes like muddy water, Lonnie Johnson, B.B King, Albert, all took off big time soon after, just wondering what we will see in the next 50 years with more and more people getting into blues and mastering it

Willie Dixon on bass. The best blues writer ever.
He played Nine Below Zero at this same concert so effortlessly.
Ever ever😂
INDEED 💪🏿!!!
Yeah! Willie wrote more than half of the blues classics you ever hear. Never really got the respect or money he deserved!
Wow!!! Muddy Waters with Sonny Boy Williamson and Willie Dixon in the same band... That's like Zeus, Krishna and Quetzalcóatl playing together
It does not get better than this!!!! Blues at it’s finest!!
And Matt Guitar Murphy?!
Hahaha, that's great. And accurate! What a band.

Me too but i am 18
it's not about age, I'm 41 and been playing this song since I was 21 :)
No one will ever be this cool ever again.
The one and only ✨Muddy Waters✨
To bad they don't make music like this anymore

i dont know if their woud have been the Beatles without musicians like Muddy Waters
Look at Muddy during the instrumental breaks, then look at Mick and the early Stones…even the clapping.
Nope
what a lineup of musicians. the great otis spann on piano.
Memphis Slim actually.

Muddy Waters is a great blues singer, so creative and original. great he was recorded and we can always hear him
How did we go from this majesty to today's punk ass rap and pop "stars"?
That silky smooth voice of Muddy Waters
Muddy’s style and elegance and stage presence caps everything off. Always dressed to impress
Music
is the biggest gift from life
Now THAT is real music!
Just makes you cry with happiness.
Murdoch made me cry too.
I wanna go back in time to this era. Long before I was born...but maybe I lived back then. "Music so good make you think you had a past life"
