What keeps your wooden circle on the metal wheel?

The wooden batts has got 2 holes on it which can fit into the bolts that fixed on the metal wheel.

@yizhangclay my wheel/batt does not have that so would securing it with clay work?

I have seen some potters use clay underneath to secure batt on it, but I haven’t tried yet. You can search TH-cam tutorial videos and have a go.

How do you add a handle?

When it got to leather hard dry, it will be trimmed, then it’s ready to attach the handle.
