Never thought I would say this about a TTUN fan, but I hope to see Sam on the channel again. It's refreshing to see to see two people that love cfb discuss coach's and team's performance rationally.
Love Sam he does a fantastic job. He also does a great job at not being bias at all! Def did not know he even went to MU 😂😂 that's how good he does & I been watching Sam a long time.. Always learning some new on Juck on Bucks 😉
Loved the pow-wow with Sam. My best friend is a die hard college football and scum fan, and the conversation you had w/ Sam is what we have been discussing all season for both OSU and ttun. You have to figure out what you are, and then go be the greatest version of whatever that is. It is much easier said than done, but the all-time teams figure this out and do it at the highest level. I don't like that it took that abomination the last week of November to figure it out on offense and a to lesser extent the Oregon loss for the defense; However, if they have in fact figured it out and can demonstrate that by being the best version of themselves in three games against the cream of this year's crop It will be the ultimate example of a team that evolves at the right time to capture greatness, and their memory will reign forever in the lore of not only THE university but the whole of our great sport.
Enjoyed you and Sam. It’s refreshing to listen to a Michigan grad who can join together two sentences correctly. 😉 In all seriousness I had seen him previously and really was impressed. Hopefully the two of you can get more opportunities to talk together. Juck rules
I think the NFL has a cross-divisional/conference opponent rotation that’s set out fairly permanently and then they slot 3-4 games per year based on previous year records.
Kinda bummed out for Chip T. Really liked that kid and seeing him at 4 different schools bums me out.. wishing him good luck at Toledo. Also kinda late but happy holidays Juck!
I like 12. I look at the 1st round as "play in games" to the field of the "elite 8". Five thru 8 play 9 thru 12 to determine who takes on the top 4. It's all perspective...
Toledo and Kentucky gave Chip the bag. I’m not mad at these kids. A lot of us do not come from money, so it’s always going to be a big driving factor in our decision making process.
The majority calling for an expansion to 16 is the sec. I don't think cfp should accommodate to one conference bc bama was left out.... Sorry but that's why you have to win your games and pass the eye test. You can't be included every year. You schedule your games a year+ in advance, and typically you can't predict how good a team will be, that's the beauty of it. Win your games or conference
I'm not an OSU fan or hater, but in watching Day over the years, what I saw is that he's very sensitive about the physicality of his teams. The team is a reflection of their coach. What Dan Lanning has said many times is that being genuine is very important as a coach and a person. I never thought Day is or was genuine. That is what I don't like about him. He isn't particularly soft, but I think that might be used against him on the recruiting trail, and he's feeling it. Hence the Michigan game, and the Nebraska game also. I thought when he gave up calling plays, that the game would be played more to OSU's strength, but he still produces the game plan. Even if he loses, I much prefer Dan Lanning's style, in fact I love it. Football is a violent game, a battle where your body is the weapon, and Dan Lanning exudes that in spades. Go Ducks!!
I feel the only way to really shut this debate up on deserving and expansions is to have the big 10 and the sec play more of it's out of conference play against one another rather than play the other conferences/ non power teams. For example have Ohio State play 5 in conference 5 out against sec, and 2 open choices in any conference or smaller programs for shaking off the cob webs. We have to stop scheduling 4 weak teams and saying but I won 9 or 10 out of 12 games. That's where we leave a lot of "deserving" on the table when we want best. Numbers can shift in this format, just suggestions.
The reality is that Ryan Day allowed comments about being”soft” to cause his ego to get in the way of his football acumen. As a result, the fanbase has rightfully lost confidence in him as having a mature, intelligent approach.
I firmly believe that both things could've happened and made statements in THE GAME. Day "should've" came out the gate passing the ball and got up by 2 TDs. Which proves they're just the better team. Then, after they got the lead, they could've went to the run game to prove they're the "tougher" team that could run the ball and bully them. Then everything you want and NEED to happen happens. Period, everyone is happy. Instead of just running the ball and playing into their hands. They want to take the pass away and make you run it against their strength. Instead of making them stop the pass, Day just didn't pass the ball and went straight to running against their strength, the 2 NFL DTs, which is stubborn and DUMB!
you are absolutely correct. Now that he has finally turned up the juice against Tennessee he is selling this revisionist history that he was slowing the offense down artificially all year to save the guys for the playoff. Any coach who would not play his best version of offense to win his self proclaimed biggest game of the year is either a moron or he's lying. And he isn't a moron. He's attempted to change his offensive reputation because of his insecurity with the toughness allegations. I used to laugh so hard at these assertions and they were correct all along and if that UM game did not prove that to everyone nothing will so there's no sense in arguing about it. I just hope he got this nonsense knocked out of him by the outsized reaction to the result of the game. It certainly shook him to his core. We know he CAN do this. The man is hard to figure out sometimes and it's why I really struggle with him.
Day team beat up on teams with less talent. Day teams come up short vs TTUN. Team does just enough in playoffs losses that it's a bunch of what ifs. Now OSU has the most talented team but not dominant.
Just shows to go ya’ We are all susceptible to allowing emotions to get the better of us in lieu of common sense. I still think Indiana was like many an Iowa team with a better QB.
I have been listening to Sam for two years. I got bogged down with so much more data this year. Therefore I have not been as keen about listening to him lately as last year.
not trynna say this guy is wrong but i’ve watched same and i saw him say indiana was gonna blow ohio state out lol and then the next week say mighigan would lose. i don’t know if i can ever take his predictions serious
Yeah whats the point of transferring every year if your not making it to the league?? There not making more or much more at there new place then if they were to stay??
Ohio State over the last 4 years has lost to who?? Georgia, Michigan and Oregon. You beat everyone else, and those games you lost were all close. Ryan Day, and any coach for Ohio State is just expected to win em all. For my money OHIO STATE is the best overall program in the game, you could argue GEORGIA and BAMA. Duck fan here, and we have always wished to be in this group, we're close now.
Sorry Sam, I’m sure you have great show and I trust Juck’s judgement however, my unconscious bias will not allow me to support anything or anyone aligned with ❌ichigan.
Juck im a Ga fan that lives in alabama and im telling you that if bama got in we would not be hearing all this overrated crap. If bama were to have beaten SMU or Indiana it would have been because they are amazing and they're going to win the national championship
Enjoyed coming on the show, thanks for having me!
Been awesome watching you grow your channel!
I love watching CFWS... 🫡
Juckeyes w/ Sam!?! 🤯
Awesome! Not the first time this year wrong on the pick though. Rusty Gabriel for THE OSU win! 😁💰
thanks Sam! Very fun conversation and the Juckeyes loved it
Love Sams takes and for him and Juck to have this show... man this is good stuff. Realist TTUN fan out there.
Never thought I would say this about a TTUN fan, but I hope to see Sam on the channel again. It's refreshing to see to see two people that love cfb discuss coach's and team's performance rationally.
So excited for this game Thanks Juck GO BUCKEYES!❤
meeeee too
Love Sam he does a fantastic job. He also does a great job at not being bias at all! Def did not know he even went to MU 😂😂 that's how good he does & I been watching Sam a long time.. Always learning some new on Juck on Bucks 😉
Yeah as a UM fan he does a good job with not being biased and showing his love for college ball
definitely a straight shooter!
At 22:00 into the video when Sam says "i hated watching them" speaking of UM and Juck chuckles under his breath 😂😂
😂

Good Show Juck, feel better. Go Bucks!!
Great show juck !
thanks Strayure!

Sam is very good. Very matter of fact. Wasn't sure how it would go but I think it was great
🎉Happy NewYear 😊
happy new year!
Great takes by both of you
Love your collabs 🌹🅾️🌰🏈 Sam is wrong 😂😂
Great show juck as usual
thanks Coats!
The Collab I never knew we needed. Been following Sam for a few years
I dig Sams approach, no doubt we are verrry different in our style. I hope it worked
@@JuckOnBucks Different styles same passion though 🤷🏾♂️
I think the NFL has a cross-divisional/conference opponent rotation that’s set out fairly permanently and then they slot 3-4 games per year based on previous year records.
Only team that’s been more consistent since Day started has been Georgia !
Yes. And the only program that has been a more consistent program in our lives is... nobody. Nobody else.
Good Morning Juckeyes Fam
JEFF!
Juck and Sam, doesn’t get much better than that!
and Billy B
Great choice for a guest!
Sam is awesome!
This is the collaboration I wanted to see.
Thanks Meech!
@JuckOnBucks Likewise.
Kinda bummed out for Chip T. Really liked that kid and seeing him at 4 different schools bums me out.. wishing him good luck at Toledo. Also kinda late but happy holidays Juck!
I saw that show yesterday. You did a nice job! 👍🏼
I love the move for chip to toledo he can have a big year there win the Mac like alot of greats before him.
I like 12. I look at the 1st round as "play in games" to the field of the "elite 8". Five thru 8 play 9 thru 12 to determine who takes on the top 4.
It's all perspective...
I think after the loss to ttun Day finally figured out you hold back elite talent. When you do they get bored and preform
Toledo and Kentucky gave Chip the bag. I’m not mad at these kids. A lot of us do not come from money, so it’s always going to be a big driving factor in our decision making process.

I would’ve loved if Chip had stayed at Ohio State.

I used to argue against the sensitivity thing but I can't anymore.
Getting tired of the shade being thrown Toledo's way. Last night during their bowl game people in the chat dogging the Rockets yet they won.
I love Toledo. Represent us well
Where did the name Juck come from? Great show Juck. You represent the Buckeyes very well!
Thank you brother. Birth name is Justin, the family called me Jucky from the start but dropped the Y when I got older
Nice collab do one with uncle Lou next
I’d love to have Lou on. He’s popped in the live chat before but he hasn’t answered my message to come on.
I came to watch just so you wouldn't be at 666 views.... 😂😂
Stuck for the great content as usual!
Appreciate that!
It's a good thing you didn't ban me eh?? 😂😂😂
@@espadasescapades9021 i only say I’m gonna do that. Never actually do it 😂

i would love if all 3 ooc games were against a like opponent from another conference

Day team beat up on teams with less talent. Day teams come up short vs TTUN. Team does just enough in playoffs losses that it's a bunch of what ifs. Now OSU has the most talented team but not dominant.
Rutgers blew an easy schedule.
suuure did
untill the two teams play, better is an opinion and opinion shouldn't be how teams are picked. earn your way in i say, not coast off a name
FACTOID
Ttun people should look into this guy. They may learn something..
lol
Sam also picked Indiana to beat Ohio State
Just shows to go ya’
We are all susceptible to allowing emotions to get the better of us in lieu of common sense.

They want more SEC teams lets be real… Its the ESPNs of the world

indiana tricked many. Im surprised their performance against Michigan didnt wake him up

@JuckOnBucks not to mention bama lost to the same team sorry blown out by a team that just lost to NAVY
