exactly, i am not saying all of them, but most 99% of the Chinese study abroad student don't pay for their tuition themself.. long story short, they are just living 0 pressure life and try to stay in school as long as possible... of course they don't wanna be back to China.. or should I say they just want to be a baby forever...
You should try living in high paced Asian countries where there's no such thing as 9 to 5. The cost of living is higher but you get it back in the form of better work life balance
those students spend a lot of their parents' money and doesn't hesitate to ditch their parents who only have one child due to China's one child policy. I have heard a lot of stories of those overseas students don't come back China when their parents get sick or pass away. What's the point to work their ass off to support them studying abroad? But eventually most of them will go back to China, since statiscally 90% of them will return back to China, I guess most of them can't find a job in the developed countries. So for middle-class family, sending their kids studying abroad is not a good idea, unless their kids are top-notch.
@@sirhch1 what point are you trying to make? Tasmania is further from mainland Australia than Taiwan is to Mainland China. It’s only the stupid ones that think separating from China is a good thing for the majority of Taiwanese they are Chinese and the “real” China. Shit it’s on their fkn passport. If anything Taiwan is currently occupied by US military.
These are the only children of wealthy educated parents who dote on them. They don’t know what it means to work hard and sacrifice lol. Once they are done playing aka going to a laid back school overseas, they will find it difficult to get a job and maintain a lifestyle that’s been provided free to them by their parents. They don’t yet know about the cost of living in various countries.
@ correct. These kids are overseas. Much easier. Did you watch the video? These western schools are much easier to get into than Chinese universities. They will literally accept Chinese students without any qualifications bc they view the Chinese as cash cows.
@@arewealone9969 So are the Singaporeans and large swathes of Cupertino and Vancouver. But these other "Chinese" places have a high standard of living, free speech and people who know how to queue. In Australia they Chinese students are exposed to the diffences between home and abroad! It is a learning experience limited only by the will of the student!
Yes and of course these university graduates should go home and contribute to China’s economy! They shouldn’t be staying in Australia as China is better! 😊
Haha I’m Australian and I used to live in Sydney right around that area. Now I live in Chengdu in China. That girl with the red hat is so cute, tell me you have her details 😂 Cool interview by the way, culture swapping is so interesting 👍
They haven't lived here long enough. The cost of living here is too high and they will eventually see through the "laid back" facade.

Working in China is harder for sure though. The work culture in China is like New Yorkers pace. Very high pace and stress.

Should say in chia there is no freedom
Taiwan is beautiful a country

The difficulty in employment I believe is mainly caused by the language barrier, and the unwillingness to interact with Westerners.
Cost of living in Australia has been increasing like crazy over the years, and housing cost is unaffordable for most locals, too.
It's so crazy, I know. It's great if you own assets like house and land, but if you don't you're in for a hard time
Good job with these interviews. Very interesting.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Awesome video!
Glad you liked it!
Chinese and Taiwanese international students you mean right?
I was thinking the same thing. It's very different living in Taiwan vs. China.
Not really the culture pretty much the same…and those Taiwanese are of Chinese descent.
@@arewealone9969 Huh? The two are further apart than Canadians and Americans.

Are you kidding me? Education in China is MUCH MORE DIFFICULT, it doesn't matter if you are rich or poor. Sacrifice is the norm in China.

You should also add Taiwanese in your title
They are also Chinese…
@@arewealone9969 Two countries. China and Taiwan. It is as insulting as calling Canadians, American.

@@arewealone9969 There is a very BIG different. Taiwan have freedom and communist red China does not have freedom. BIG DIFFERENT.!!!!
None of them studies subjects that would meet the migration requirement 😢
oh really!
They should work at least 5 years to gain experience then go back to share their experience and educate those who cannot afford to come study abroad.
I think this actually happens as there's hoards of international students going back home
Who would want to work in China?
Pick me !
In Australia they Chinese students are exposed to the diffences between home and abroad! It is a learning experience limited only by the will of the student!
Well said

I really wish that will happen man I want all of these Chinese to go back to China that would really make my day
Why?
@bakerstreet101 because he is stupid
Really? With high unemployment and China's economy is collapsing why would anyone in their right mind want to go back to communist red China?
