Unexpectedly, it was more hood than I initially would've guessed 👍
Yeah they,'ve had hoods for decades. Capital Park, Capitol Green, Kirkwood St, Queen St, Rodney Village, Whatcoat Apts to name a few.I drove a taxi nights in the late 70s, anyone remember Dover City Cab? Been to them all.💀👻👻🦧🦍✌️👋

What about the projects in the beginning? Is that any of those streets? I don't remember.
