Just displaying the hoods of Utica. It doesn't have to look horrible to be considered a hood. The term hood is relative. Each hood is different.

This is eric commenting not susie im 52 I live back in Alaska great airail drone view of my hometown of Canton, Ohio pro football hof great memories there in the 70s 80s seems like every high schooler went too McKinley lol I went too pleasant view, Taft & glenoak west left in 1989 moved to Alaska til 1995 San Antonio 1995-04 back too canton look like a ghost town 2004-08
