This guy DIDN'T KNOW how to cut jackfruit. Seriously !!! The pulp inside must not be cut at all. He cut the pulp in halves. You must not cut the jackfruit from top to bottom. You must cut it the crosscut way but not into the pulp. Just cut the skin. Then pull out. That way, the pulp remains whole.
