Really inspiring! I have been regularly colouring my hair and it has started early in my 30s itself. But since the last couple of weeks I have been thinking of stopping the habit of colouring and after watching your video I have decided that I should stop it.

A suggestion is to keep the slides moving bit slow to enable reading them.
I am retired now, unlike many friends, i have decided to accept the grey and go natural. Every time I look in mirror, i get confused, but last 7-8 months going strong with my decision. I even put the hair colour in cart in Amazon for ordering whenever I feel, still persisted not to order.
After watching these videos, I am more confident not to dye my hair which looks fake. It is a transition period, suddenly stopping dying and all the new greys, then for sometime i will just go with natural henna etc and go natural step by step.

I am 40 years old with grey and i also thinking to remain my hair gray naturally but people notice only why grey bcz I am not look old
It’s absolutely fine if people think like that. Let them think. There are young boys in their 20 and 30s who have grey hair. You can own those silvers confidently.
Even when I was color my hair I knew I would have to stop at some point cuz color hair just doesn't look good as you age I didnt want to be 60or 80 w colored hair
