It's been brought to my attention by a couple of people that the location I pointed at (4:09) isn't where the tots tv house is. Its close by but its not that area I circled, my apologies 😅
It's going to be mad in a few thousand years when archaeologists find the Teletubbies house submerged underwater and think we all lived like hobbits
That's the content I didn't know I was longing for.
Watched the Teletubbies here in Austria in 1998 when I was 3. Fun times.
It's quite sad that these places were the reason we learnt so much as kids. Fantastic work by all crew members who worked on the productions of Tots TV, Teletubbies and many others we now cherish!
RIP Tot's Tv house. I wish you could gave been restored but it's truly sad to see you decay and burned down. Tot's Tv has been one of my massive nostalgia shows along with Thomas and Friends, Blue's Clues, The Puzzle Place Zoboomafoo, Allegra's Window and The Big Comfy Couch. Thank you for the memories and may the spirit of the house live on forever.🙏😔❤💙💚

The tots tv location is wrong, its in the big blob of trees with the vehicle beside it just outside sweet knowle aquatics. The satellite image is from 2021 so it could have been the owner before it burned down

It's a shame that Teletubbies' home has been turned into a pond because Rosemary Harding has said they were absolutely fed up with people trespassing trying to catch a glimpse of the secluded area and it was never meant to be a tourist attraction. They had people jumping fences, crossing cattle fields and all sorts.
It's pretty sad, isn't it?
Anyway I used to love Teletubbies when I was a kid. Tinky Winky is my favourite character.

Someone would have bought the shell of the cottage and moved it to another location. Old houses are frequently moved in the USA.
Dude, the owner was tired of people invading his property without permission. They did it purely out of frustration, and hoped that people would finally stay away. If that was my property I'd be pissed too.

The teletubbies set was always destined to be demolished and removed as it was in the lease agreement before ground was even broken on the set in 1995.
Blaming the owner of the land is immature. The sets were never built for the general public to use like a playland and are built to be taken apart.
Film sets are just like construction sites.
The set was ripped up and demolished in late 2001.
