As you, I've done Muay Thai for 15 years. I've started BJJ at 50 and I have done it for one year now. Is different, possible more prone to injuries at my age but I have no regrets. Being able to act standing and on the ground helps. And mentally, the close contact trains you differently. Give it a try, I don't think is late. Oss!
