Have a Composition book that I use as a planner. I just started using an index card file system to use when creating my weekly spread so nothing is forgotten. However, carrying my Planner daily can be a pain. Really love this idea as a transportable way to keep up with my day and then add any notes from this card into my daily reflections. So I only need a pen/pencil and this daily card at work or when I am out. Now what would be neat is if I could find a plastic card holder that would hold maybe three cards each page, where two sheets opened as a spread would allow you to see six cards like a calendar spread. Then you could premake the cards for the week, slip them in the plastic sleeves and use them as your weekly calendar. Take the appropriate one out each day to use and slip it back in at night to use as a reference. Hmmm. Maybe I will see what I can do with that.

I love your idea. Your voice is amazing andvery smoothing. Maybe you can record some meditation and dream journeys. It helps me actually to minimize my fears. Thank you very much.
I really like this concept. Do you have a video or a little bit more detail on how you complete the front part I'm a little confused about the dividing areas.

Good plan; I notice it's handy to write new info on when need be. I'm always looking for a place to write new #"s or something... And I won't loose the new info Thanks for the show
I’d write the PM Wins under the AM Gratitude section… Lots more room to write notes on the right-side without having to flip card sideways to write in such a narrow space…
I have a paper planner that has space for all these things - and is mostly preset with these items, as well as tracking for my sleep, eating, exercise, water consumption & spending. Everything all in one spot. I am curious as to why you fold the cards? Seems unnecessary 🤷 Also, why do you use index cards for this every?
On the front of the index card I understand the part where you write you're big 3 to 4 but I'm confused where you have the day of the week the date and calendar written is that information going in that little space in the middle I'm just mixed up as to where everything is being written that goes under the day date and calendar
Just a guess, but maybe that area is for scheduled events….like 8am - meeting, 2pm - dentist…whereas the productivity column is more of an hourly tracker of what actually happened.
Interesting. Tried with graph 3x5, size matched with cell, yet you have/used a calendar ! I use calendar with the blocks for objectives,8-4 Hrs before and after for those notes.,Quad x2 on card notes to post and set for next day.
What this lacks is saying why do this on a card at all, could write all of these things easier on a bit of A4 paper. Even with the card the folds aren’t necessary as it’s easy to identify where to put the lines using a ruler.

This is a great concept. I am going to try it.
I love this! Notecards have been my thing since junior high, but I've never seen this.
Thank you!
Great! Let me know how it turns out!
Good job
Love this! Could you please upload another video with the notecard filled out? as an example.
Thanks. I’ll see if I can do that.

Wow, i really like this. I have tried planners and theyre beautiful but just don't seem to work to help me be more productive or organized. Thanks!
Great! Glad it’s helpful!
Simply brilliant!
I can’t wait to try this
Great! Let me know how it goes.
Interesting concept. With the many tasks I need to do day-to-day, I’d need to work with the 4x6 index card. The smaller one won’t cut it.
Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the comment. I fold them to fit in my wallet.
And can you please tell us what planner you use?
Brilliant ❤
Thanks!
some folks are selling notecard systems, you should profit from this, yours is better compared to the others.
Thanks for the encouragement. I’ve tweaked this one to work for me over the years. I’m glad it’s helpful!

@@selfledcoach Thanks for the rtn comment. Hope your YT numbers improve.
Thank you! This is a fantastic, simple way to set the day. How long do you store these and how often do you reference them?
Thanks. I generally store them for about a year. I don’t reference the very often though.

Been using apps but this is much better for me. Thank you and God bless!
Great! Glad it’s helpful. I’ve tried apps too but this keeps everything in front of me and keeps me focused.
I've been looking for something simple, small, yet comprehensive. Thank you!! New sub!

Love this!!!!’n thanks so much!
you're welcome!
thanks 🙏🏽
How cool! :) But do you do two schedules on the card?
Thanks. I do one schedule with my planned day and then I put down what I'm actually able to do on the other side.

I use a 3x5 index card.

4x6 work really well. I fold to fit in my pocket.
Is that a sample year on your card??? I’ll be dead by then... Planning my day in 2070 will be the least of my worries…
Lolol. It is 2070. You are right.
😂
❤❤❤

Showing a filled in card would have made this video a better teaching tool.

I put too much on the card at times.
Me too. Totally get that. I’m trying not to do as much each day.
