Gregory’s death always gets to me…because it’s a baby of course. But also because his death is portrayed as something so fun and fantastical until you actually realize that…he drowned. He’s dead. He’s a baby who didn’t even understand what was going on
Great video! I just wanted to point out that Dawn, Milton, Lewis and Edith moved to the house after Sanjay died and at that point in time the rooms weren't sealed off yet, Dawn decided to seal them off after Milton disappeared. Btw I soooo share the saddness you felt when you played Gregory's death.
If you ever want to learn Milton's story, then you need to play *"The Unfinished Swan"* . The creators of both games have said they are tied to each other and are canon.
Regarding Milton: The same team of developers made another game, called "The unfinished Swan" It explores and explanation for what happened to Milton and most of the things you find in his 'Castle' are assets from "THe Unfinished Swan", like the Castle Diorama, the Boat with Balloons and the Image of the the Beard and Crown. Like many other deaths, the real story is a mysterie. Since "What remains of Edith Finch" seems to be rooted in realism, all the magic elements explainable by unrelaiable Narrators and figments of imagination, my personal opinion is that Milton came to an unfortunate end, either by falling down the Tower, though that is unlikely since they would have found the body, or my other guess, mainly because of Lewis, but other memebers of the Family show signs too: It may be possible that Schizophrenia runs in the family. Especially one paired with very vivid imagination and the tendency to get lost in it. _If_ that is the case, it may be that "The unfinished Swan" is Miltons Episode and in reality he wandered of and died somewhere in the Woods of exposure or fell of a cliff and drowned. Rememebr he was an 11 yo kid, if he had a dissosiative episode and just wandered of, he could have died from any number of things
