My father, who has been to Syria three times, told me many stories about the country. It is a country with a rich history and warm-hearted people. Whenever I ask my father, who has traveled to many countries around the world, what the best food he had was, he replies, "Syrian food." I want to visit and travel around there one day. Syria and Syrians are extremely underrated worldwide. Thank you for showing a beautiful picture of our beloved country. Syria deserves all the love in the world ❤
What the media doesn't tell you about: Syria was, for thousands of years, a land where multiple cultures lived. On its land, wheat and olives were grown for the first time, and in Ugarit, Syria, the oldest alphabet and the oldest written musical tune in history were found. The oldest Canaanite mythological record. In Syrian Antioch, Christians were called Christians for the first time. In Syria, women were allowed to vote in 1949, before many European countries. Syria is the cradle of civilizations
The Fertile Crescent is the birthplace of civilization, that’s the region where humans stopped being hunter gatherers to settling down , growing crops and having free time to think
The lady in the begining is a gem. So skillful, adorable. Amazing person. Love and respect. ❤ from India. Syria is mesmerizing. We, the humans are so rich. Thank you Mark and Ying for everything. 🙂
Dear Mark, dear Rami, I lived in Syria for a time in the 90ties, was there for the last time 24 years ago. You bring me tastes and memories back. Thanks and love.
It is important for you to know: “As a Syrian citizen,” Syria, as a geographical nature and indigenous people, is a wonderful country, there is no doubt about that, but this country is beautiful as a nature and population, but unfortunately this country has obtained the most criminal dictatorial regime after the North Korean regime. The ruling dictatorial Syrian regime killed more than 2 million citizens opposed to the regime’s rule through indiscriminate aerial bombardment of all cities containing opposition voices, then arrested more than half a million people and killed them in the most brutal ways in prisons. All of this resulted in more than 12 million people fleeing to neighboring countries and to the rest of the world. The main reason for all of this is the silence of the free international community, the civilized Western world, and democratic countries about the crimes of the Syrian regime and the media machine that spreads the lie that Syria is a country in which there are no crimes by exploiting some TH-camrs to come to Syria under complete protection from the dictatorial regime to fake The greatest crime known to humanity since World War II is the displacement and killing of 12 million people out of 20 million just because they wanted to express their opinions freely!

My family is loving these videos! Thank you for showing the beauties of Syria!
Wow, Syria is so beautiful and people are so warm. I wish soon there are flights from India, absolutely inspired to visit this country after seeing your videos. Thank you Mark for showing us the beautiful and resilient side of Syria ❤
Love all your videos Mark and watching all the way from Western Australia. 🇦🇺 👍🏻👍🏻
What a wonderful video, with great fish, thank you so much for it Mark !
For me, life is right now really bad. I cant sleep more than 1-3 hours per night since almost a year, the man I love is ignoring me since 3 weeks, my younger brother is close to commit suicide, and I just cant find much joy and sense of living. My wonderful mother is luckily still alive, so for her sake, I dont leave this world.
Your beautiful videos bring me much joy, so thanks a lot for that Mark !
Hey life is very tough sometimes ask us Syrians millions of us lost their families, houses, business, friends and homeland in less than one year.. Don't give up let your difficulties teach you not break you and you will see the happiness with simple things
@@Sami-g6r7n You are right, life must be so though and difficult for many people in Syria ! Compared to that, my problems are like "luxury problems".
I remember visiting Latakia on vacation for the first when I was little and it was amazing!! The nature man is reall something else there…loved the clear water and the food so much 🥹 you brought me so many good memories agian thank uuu
Hello from antigua 🇦🇬
Glad someone from Antigua is watching this, respect and blessings 🙏🙏
Finally found someone from Antigua
I am from Wadi al-Nasara. Here all our Christian sons go to Antigua, especially the village I am from, where the Syrians went there in the sixties and before that. Unfortunately, a murder occurred about a year ago in Antigua of a young man named Rudy who was my neighbor in Syria.
Therefore, I want to know what the people in Antigua think about the Syrians and some information about the Syrian community in Antigua
I am originally from Latakia province so it warms my heart that you were able to enjoy my area Mark. Syria has indeed a lot to offer, and I hope we only go upwards from here
That old woman in the beginning saying AHLAW, so Latakian 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂

How I would love to be at that family's home... What a beautiful experience.

This is the best food series, no youtuber I guess has covered Syria in such detail 👍
They said my father road a camel, wore a turban, and lived in the desert. Then I visited Latakia, and my eyes were opened to every kind of beach you could imagine. So beautiful out there.
God bless the people of Syria ❤ wish you peace and prosperity

Thank you for listening to my advice and going to Aleppo, its food is wonderful and its people are nice. I also went to Latakia, which is a very beautiful city and the fish there are delicious. I hope that you will come to Syria again and tell people in America about the truth about the Syrian people and encourage them to visit it.
Mark is lucky man , you can travel around the world and taste a lot of food ❤❤
That’s his job. I just wonder how he manages to stay so slim. Whenever I travelled I always returned home a few kilos heavier.
