I think the reason cassidy got the play of the game rather than ml is because he got a sharpshooter potg where he constantly hit headshots, instead of kiriko that was only final blows on low hp heroes

aim is something that requires literally hundreds of hours to get consistently good with. you can't just practice for a few minutes every so often. you have to practice basically every day for a significant period of time, otherwise you just won't build the skills and coordination.
