What else did they do after their video set of exercise? Could they pursue or escape enemy combatants in a sprint for more than several seconds?
i'd imagine if they're in that kind of shape their endurance on a run isn't that bad either. however way back when i was in many spent far too much time on just strength exercises and could barely pass a p.t. run because they had no endurance at all.

I am of the same mind as the guy on the right lol (who is adorable btw). Even when I was in the military I was never as fit as the other guy or those soldiers. 😁
Physical strength doesn't win wars. Recently the soldiers of the British Royal Navy were able to force the American forces to submit to a shameful surrender, during a battle that took place between the two, but this did not happen in reality, but during a simulated exercise, called the “Green Dagger”. The British forces were able to eliminate almost the entire units of the American forces during these mock combat exercises, which lasted for five days. And the US forces asked to "reset" the exercise in the middle of it, because of the heavy losses incurred in these war games, according to the Telegraph. The exercise is used to test US Marine units before they are deployed abroad.
Nutrition is vital in this kind of training. From other videos the n.korean soldiers are fed rice and vegetables so they can't possibly build significant bulk and strength. I don't know what the requirements are but it must be close to 4000 calories and 2-300 400?g of protein. I know my Dr advised me to have 100g a day and I'm certainly no body builder. I'm just trying to not get tendinitis.
have them do the cockroach exercise. lay on back and raise arms and legs 5 inches off the ground and hold. when you need to rest bec arms and legs are burning, raise arms and legs straight up in the air. thei resembles a dying cockroach, hence the name for the exercise. after rested lower arms and legs back down to 6 inches off the ground and hold. repeat till muscle failure. i used this when i was a drill sgt

South Korea need more people like the muscular dude in this video. the way China and Russia are are picking war fights and if war dies brake out with them it puts South Korea at risk as North Korea will have its best chance to take on the the South as they know the USA will not be able to help that much. i dont want to sound nasty but all new generation of men in South Korea use makeup think the military is cute and watch anime. I have to say that the soldiers shown doing those incredible exercises with ease most elite soldiers in America's special forces could not do them. I wonder how is their endurance? What else did they do after their video set of exercise? Could they pursue or escape enemy combatants in a sprint for more than several seconds?
i'd imagine if they're in that kind of shape their endurance on a run isn't that bad either. however way back when i was in many spent far too much time on just strength exercises and could barely pass a p.t. run because they had no endurance at all.
I'll bet they are good at everything b/c they have to be good in ALL situations.
I was in the army. We did these workouts every day . They had the marines watch us just to piss them off. Jk lol 😆
These are not standard exercises or required fitness goals for most military. Its like 2 mile run situps push ups to show your fit. Maybe like the seal or rangers would need exercises like these but then again it could just be a really bored supply clerk its hard to say who will be a crazy gym bunny 🤣
hey guys...awesome content..i am binge watching...i was just thinking it may be cool to separate the vids according to whos the guest on the playlist section. maybe breakdown the mukbangs and experiences. or just playlist by guests? just a thought...#lovethecontent
Pft, even americans can see that first dude is exceptional
i once tried to do a pushup, it was yesterday in fact, i fell face first on the ground, and i just didnt move for 23 minutes after that, the only thing im able to do is stuff with weigths but i shall avoid running and all the cool exercises with my everything
23 minutes 🤦🏼♀️ poor flooring getting crushed under ur weight 😂😂😂😂lol
@@carbon... are you trying to state that im fat? lmao
@@Bseaz lol no
I was just kidding 😆😆😆
compound movements are very popular when training for sports.
My ex-husband was in the US Marine corps for 10 years and he was a sergeant by the time he was in 5 years and a corporal the first year.. he went to the gym everyday after work and he would even go on the weekends.. he was a short guy five feet six inches but he was a pretty fast guy for his height.. I could outrun him long distances because I was doing 2 high impact aerobics classes a day.. my physical strength was absolutely nothing compared to him and all the guys at the gym BUT MY 115 LB BODY AND MY ENDURANCE AND MUSCLE MASS COULD FLY FOR HOURS AND JUST RUN AND RUN... THOSE GUYS CAN RUN AND DURING THEIR POTS IN THE MILITARY IN THE MARINES THEY HAVE TO RUN A THREE MILE RUN IN THAN 5 MINUTES OR LESS AND IT'S 7 MINUTES FOR THE GIRLS..
WHEN WE LIVED IN HAWAII AND CALIFORNIA THE GYM ON THE MARINE BASE WERE FULL OF THESE GUYS IN THEIR LIFTING 500 LB BENCH PRESSES. THEY COULD LIFT ME WITH THEIR THUMBS. 😀😀😀
I am of the same mind as the guy on the right lol (who is adorable btw). Even when I was in the military I was never as fit as the other guy or those soldiers. 😁
should do a react to powerlifters, would be neat to watch
wow, korean superman on the left and K-pop singer on the right, haha
Fyi some have gymnastic back ground. Very impressive.
Yep the American soldiers are beasts when it comes to that
Another thing to think about, those dudes are doing a lot of that in weighted vests.
I think those soldiers have their own personal regimes because er.. Lol
I like the word Yaseng, it's wild/crazy horse, why the tiger roar?
have them do the cockroach exercise. lay on back and raise arms and legs 5 inches off the ground and hold. when you need to rest bec arms and legs are burning, raise arms and legs straight up in the air. thei resembles a dying cockroach, hence the name for the exercise. after rested lower arms and legs back down to 6 inches off the ground and hold. repeat till muscle failure. i used this when i was a drill sgt
I ship May 31st to Fort Benning. Going 19D
Somebody get this muscle man a tractor tire!
Uuuuhm hiiiii Jaeyoon 😍🥰 sooooooo cayyyute!!!
That is very creepy
@@chlaco8739 saying someone is cute is creepy? You commenting on my saying someone is cute is actually creepy.
@@JC-1376 the way you said it was what made it creepy
This is not at all representative of normal workout for soldiers. This is just a musclehead gym rat that works out because he enjoys it and to show off rather than someone working out because they actually have to.
I've had enough of this. I'm ordering pizza with extra cheese and a large coke
Kilograms to pounds multiply the kilograms
* 2.3... most Americans use pounds and I learned metrics and the fifth grade when I was 10 and 11 years old but I had to do a brush up when I went to RN school..
it should have been Fitness trainer and comedian are shocked... lol
Idk if it was just me but the slim dude laughs like Steven with a V from 90 day fiancé.
all of these are very flashy unique examples no one really works out like this
Don't let them know not all our military is like this.
Most soldiers don't workout like this. This is just silly.
There's also that big problem with "enhancers" in the combat units. I'm willing to bet the guys on the video aren't natty.
None of this is representative of typical US military physical training. These are videos of gym rats making videos trying to get internet clout and feed their egos.
Can I take them both home??
No, cuz I have dibs on the trainer. You can have the little cutie! 🥰
@@dedet6900 lmfao that is who I wanna take home :P
now united future me reaction😁😁
US Marines are professional athletes.
I wonder if they noticed in some of the videos the guys were wearing vests
Exercise is dangerous if you are unfit and a waste of time if you are fit.
LOL... It was MORE funny watching the skinny guys "Nervous Laughter". LOL
I hope nobody thinks that all soldiers look like the ones in this video, because they don't.
Aye I’m first!!
From what I have been told, the Marines is way tougher and first in terms of physical fitness. The Army would be second. The Navy third, then the Air Force. Everyone else can continue eating their donuts.
They are much much smaller 🤦🏾. And most of them can’t do that exercise in this video.
Over 70% of recruit will get into the military. Its a really high chance to get in! Special forces etcc thats a whole other level but getting into the us military an average person can do it.
Dont know how much if the population is like that but thats the way South Korea presents itself internationally.
Good video.....
love from UK
Whenever i accidentally say exercise, i wash my mouth out with chocolate!
🔥🔥
En español está belleza de camisa gris merese ser entendido.....ya me enamoré a primera vista
I'm allergic to exercise, it makes me swell up and sweat.
No one's allergic to burgers n stuff
It's just exercise that's allergic...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Oh oh
I ship them 😳
This is far from average military exercise or physique. I'm active duty, and guys that do that type of stuff in the gym usually just do it to show off. A lot of guys are bulky, can move massive weight but not great stamina.
There is NOTHING.....NOTHING.....even remotely "average" about this guy.
Calling this guy a representative of Army PT is like calling a Formula-1 car nice for commuting to work on average highways......PFFFFTTT!!!......hogwash!
Dude is wonderfully fit, but the average Army guy isn't going to put that much effort into his PT......not even.
Average GI more of a Grocery Gitter than Formula-1
Please show these guys the beach girls exercise from California. Or really fit American women.
❤️❤️❤️
Not to make anyone uncomfortable, but they look cute together🤷♂️😂
