if you're looking for a rolling cart, Aldi has them on sale now for $24.99 - not sure if there will be any in the store though since that is a great price.
I bought them years ago at dollar general they are just magazine holders that hold 12x12 paper. The others are the old USPS flat rate boxes. If you can get ones that fit 12x12 paper to ship you can cut them down and use them the same way
