आलू के स्पेशल पकोडे
आलू - ४, मध्यम आकार
प्याज (मध्यम आकार) - १, बारीक कटा हुआ
हरी मिर्च - २, बारीक कटी हुई
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
नमक - १ छोटा चम्मच
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
गरम मसाला - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
मैदा - २ चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच
खाद्य तेल - तलने अनुसार

Potato Special Pakoda
Potato - 4, medium size
Onion (medium size) - 1, finely chopped
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped
Red Chilli powder - ½ tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
All purpose flour - 2 table spoon
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
Edible Oil - to deep fry
