My pakoras also get too fluppy...widout adding soda...
Soda soaks too much oil.
One osm trick is .....
After making batter...whn we heat oil for frying,add 2 3 pinch of sugar on batter in a side... thn pour hot oil on sugar.now mix n beat batter once again.
Also add ajwain/carom seeds,black salt,hing n pinch of garam masala....this adds to a wonderful taste...n d pakoras taste amazing

Yaman, I love your channel and your recipes. I would advise that you should not use baking soda etc. in food. At least dont promote recipes with them. Soda prevents vitamin absoption in our body. People get taste, but other important vitamins get depleted. One plate of pakora with soda will render eating most of the fruits useless for at least two days.
