350g becon
50g parmesan cheese
300g mozzarella cheese
150g mayonnaise
150g sour cream
500ml warm milk
50g sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
800g flour
3 tbsp oil
egg yolk
mozzarella cheese

This item is not available where we are in Ontario, Canada so I didn't know it existed until we tried it on vacation in the US a few years ago and thought it was delicious. I can recreate things I've tasted in my own kitchen but I didn't have the original to copy. Since I cannot get it here, I didn't have a taste reference. Your recipe is very easy, so I'll try it. It looks great!😋
