You can also do this using "Format Only Cell that Contain" rule under conditional formatting then click "equal to" instead of "between" which will be shown by default then type your word, in my case I wrote "Done" and format color into green for it then again do it similarly for "Not Done" and set another color for it. This method is easier for those who don't want to memories the formulas. Try it.
Also, if you want, maybe consider launching a new channel reading royalty free literature. I bet if you had a channel aimed at relaxation, insomnia or ASMR, it would do really well...

Not working for me
This isn't working for me. After applying the conditional formatting, if I select "Not Srated," it highlights all of column B only.
Before applying Conditional Format select entire data then apply cf.
