One of the worst ID i’ve seen in a show unit. Not a great concept - not handicap friendly, the need to climb the stairs from the carpark defeats the purpose of landed. Imagine having to lug groceries up every time.
@@iherng haha yes. The horrible ID and the layout of what was shown (before you described the other layouts) triggered my first ever comment on TH-cam 😂. But yes, after i commented only did i get to the part where there were other layout options. My sincere apologies (on jumping the gun on the layout, not on the ID tho 😄)
I hate this concept. So inconvenient at all. No different for buying upper unit townhouses concept. Not friendly for elderly, handicap even a daily grocery activity, loading and unloaded stuffs. I really don't know what the mentality as a developer to built such of incontinence project.
The type A concept very similar to Cyberjaya Symphony Hills Mozart & The Mulia residences but unfortunately most of the typical Chinese don't like this layout and furthermore its not senior citizen friendly too. I can bet with you that the developer will eventually gotten most of the non-chinese buyer for their type A product in this case . Anyone dare to bet 😂?

I love the ID, very Barcelona or Milan, with some Aussie touch. Not many people "get" this as they are more used to typical showrooms style
