    Anything that coming from her mouth is no "bullshit", this is the type of people that you wish to add in your circle. The amount of knowledge and wisdom shared with just 50mins are equivalent to years of findings , thumbs up to this content sharing :)

    Jessie and her husband are my new favourite TH-camrs to watch, even as a local. I've been watching her content for a couple months now. Super knowledgeable couple -- Jessie's research skills are on point and she shares great value to her audience. Really cool to watch her channel's growth, as well as her personal growth setting up a life here in Malaysia. Awesome to see you two collab!

    Jesse and family represent the modern upper middle class China citizens. As they have stayed and worked overseas more than in China (especially in Western countries), they have a global perspective which is refreshingly different and incisive. Plus, their command of English is even better than some Malaysians. Do follow her TH-cam channel. Very interesting to look into Malaysian life, culture and industry from the outside in.

    Oversupply of houses is a good thing. Housing in Malaysia should be for living not for speculators to make profit.

      Yeah , no choice to promote MM2H to invite expats to migrate here to clear the existing stocks . I have a phobia to see cranes everywhere in the city. Sometimes I tried to “have fun” by counting the number of cranes within my eye reach ..

    Actually there is one big exception about property marketed to foreigners : Park Regent. It was marketed in Hong Kong and Singapore with the help of Capitaland due to its premium price. It turns out to be the most successful condo in term of appreciation in Desa Parkcity.

  • @BobbyAngmalaysia
    @BobbyAngmalaysia 12 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +1

    When Park City launched their landed in early 2005, its below 500k 😂 and people in Kepong was complaining "ccrazy!!" Great video again Sean! I'd love to talk to Jessie too in videos just that i'd sway back to cars 😂😂
    To add, nestled in the middle of Desa Park City, TTDI, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Bukit Damansara, is KLGCC Resort, fantastic place too

    I loved the interview. My suggestion is to cut out the part of the video about her financing, as it could compromise her family's safety.

    Mont kiara mentioned so many times.. 😅
    Venture further; explore landed property; design n renovation your dream home; comfort of your home with you loved ones; drive in to your own space; there’s club house around too. Hv kid garden parties; high tea parties;
    Part time cleaners can do all the work.

    Given the persisting global economic crisis, it's essential for individuals to focus on diversifying their income streams independent of governmental reliance. This involves exploring options such as stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies. Despite the adversity in the economy, now is an opportune moment to contemplate these investment avenues.

    I don't understand ppl who don't like Malaysia. Mostly, I find, these ppl r too seeped in a western mindset/narrative to know any better.
    Anyways, desapark is nice, but overpriced (thnx to ppl like Jessie :), I won't pay d premium. When u've gotten used to Malaysian life, u should go explore d genuine established residential areas like PJ, OUG, Bangsar, BU, Damansara Heights, many more...
    I spent most of my life in d west. But I've chosen to settle in Malaysia, d place of my birth. D best country on earth!

      Media in Malaysia are playing sentiments around the clock. Whatever the policy government made, no matter how good it is, media keep keep playing sensational issue, trying to make everyone to oppose. Just like minimum wage 1700, Malaysian should ask ourselves, do you want a job less than 1700? However, you see that media keep spreading negative sentiments such as business closure etc since the announcement.
