I would try and mimic the raised detail on the hood in both side of the consul and the knee board that hides the AC unit. That would be the finishing touches it needs.
Love the console! The cup holders... I would get rid of the back ones altogether and why not fabricate solid ones like out of straight pipe for the front? Great build though👍
In my opinion the knee board on the passenger side comes down to low then on the driver side you need a extension panel off the front of the console to follow under the dash a little further
After watching your videos, I like how you have incorporated some of cutaway part from the two truck bodies into the finished build. Waste not want not. Are the armrests needed since you have a center console?
I think the ac cover needs something more than the console. A logo or Remake out of the old scrap that has some detail or something. The console is pretty covered so that's fine how it is.

You could mount an iPad in that dash space and have it control a hidden head unit like a Sony mex which can be controlled by iPad

I would leave it just the way it is.
I don't think the indents on either side of the console are necessary....you won't see them once someone is sitting there

Your truck but those cup holders on the back of the console after you went to all the trouble of making rounded lines look like ass.
