I studied at that university almost fourty years ago. A world of difference. Back then it was a run down mess, ripe for demolishion at the political science subfaculty. I never saw this kind of facilities anywhere (studied also in sociology, geography and environmental science facilities).
Amsterdam is the best city in the world. I visited it 12 times already!

Is there a football pitch in the USC
Seems like a Very vibrant place on video but like all universities you have to deal with the usual stresses such as exams, projects, presentations in front of the whole class, lots and lots of homeworks that often time you don't even understand what to do and sometimes you deal with not so friendly professors. There will always be one or two professors who will be always grumpy and quick to raise his/her voice. And in general not everyone is lucky. Some will fail. Some will have trouble fitting in and making friends and will spend their university years lonely and depressed. I am glad I got thro school and got my degrees. I don't miss being a student at all. In these videos they try to present a university as a place where everyone is happy and smiling to make it seem like you will have a good time but in real life, it's often time not the case.

Hello, what is the difference between being an on-campus UVA student and a UVA student? Applied for UVA and got accepted into on campus Amsterdam.. whats the difference between the two?

@@aymenay1916 Oncampus Amsterdam is a Foundation programme that takes place at UVA, after the foundation programe u could either continue at uva or go to other unis in amstersam to start your bachelor

do dutch unis look at high school grades? because my teacher told me they only care about the grades of your last year of high school.. hope it’s true 😂
I think it depends on your previous education requirements that are stated on the website of the university. For me personally it is like this. Only the grades of senior year are relevant to the application and admission (from Cyprus)
