hum 2 n half years electronic city 1 mai rahe hain...it was all new for us too...doddathogur mai hum rehte the...aapne jo waha ka market dikhaya aur last mai jo tree dikha tha waha se right n thn straight leke temple ata hau famous Lakshmi Narasimha temple usi k pass lotus parimal appartment mai hum rehte the...the rent is less comparative to the other society.....👍

At present if you want to stay in a society it ranges from 75k to 50k which is negotiable.. But apart from societies.. There are apartments which take very less deposit.. Like 1 month rent advance..Rent for 2bhk ranges from 13k to 15k excluding maintainance

Society ke liye 2bhk 13k to 15k negotiable.excluding maintenance..
Apartments ke liye even 10k to 11k in doddathuguru area.. Neeladri area is bit costly

Think most of the societies provide good amenities ...to name a few..,concorde Manhattan, sriram apartments in neeladri, SMONDOVILLE, PRESTIGE SUNRISE

Sister it depends on your budget.. As you said you want children friendly society.. Think most of the societies have enough aminities for children... But few socities good for you would be near neeladri.. But it's quite expensive.. Socities such as prime city, concord cupertino , etc are quite good. .
