Your love for Dexter just warms my heart. I lost my little girl (a cat named Poppy) suddenly back in June. Next month would have been her 19th birthday. The little bugger leaving destroyed me! Animals are so inconsiderate. They come into your life, act all adorable and cute and make you love them unconditionally and then they leave you! They’re all bloody horrible 😅 I still have my Jack Russell, Buffy. She’s just turned 12. I don’t think I can have any more pets after she goes. The pain is just the worst. Seeing people giving lots of love to their pets just brings a smile to my face and brings me happy memories 💖
Ah I'm so sorry for your loss. It is the worst feeling when you have to say goodbye. I'm in favour of getting a new pupsicle after a few months - all that love that's left behind needs to be used, and I tell them all about their brother, and they cheer me up.
