Cheers!! I was having problems with formatting and basic menu navigation. All sorted now. I'm new to these devices and wow - open up a whole new world at night.
In the main menu, go to the general settings section, in general settings go to format and follow the on screen prompts. This will erase all photos and videos from the internal flash drive. If you want to manipulate them 1 at a time, it must be done via a computer or the Stream Vision or Stream Vision 2 application. (Version depends on your device)
