So nice to see you again. My son just adopted a new little kitten as well and it took a few weeks but his older cat accepted her and now they run around playing all the time. They are so sweet. Our fur babies add so much to our lives, don't they? 💜

Online you can buy books written for sock yarn shawls that are beautiful designs. Congrats on your new adoptions, enjoy when their little and hysterical! Ours are older now and they still play with ping pong balls, knitted and hand felted balls that I scent with catnip, paper bags with the handles removed, tiny crocheted mice, milk rings... anything they can play "hunter kitty" with helps keep them active and healthy. Watch your cats, some eat string or wool, etc and it can be deadly for them. I had to go to putting yarn into cakes and storing them in plastic baggies... then the next kitty we adopted chews on plastic, so I had to go to yarn BINS... oh the things we do for our furry babies! ❤
You are totally forgiven for prioritizing your cats!! They are so adorable. It is lovely to see your faces though. I got very happy when the notification popped up.
I miss you guys so so so so so so much it's so lovely to see you again and all your little babies with animal rescue 15 years now bless you for taking care of your little four-legged children because I seriously can't stand kids but love kitties and doggies

I have over the past week binge-watched you guys! I love everything that you have made! I love the cats they are so cute, you have made me want to try weaving now.
I have 3 cats, 2 love wool and velvet yarns, and the 3rd snubs everything but alpaca. I had to make him a little blanket in Alpaca to get him to stop messing with my projects. He is my bottle baby. He was rescued at 1 day old.

Great podcast as always. Thoughtful purchases from Rhinebeck too. I bought only a sweater’s quantity from O’Wool. You need to check Jocelyn’s wool. Almost all the animals on her farm are rescues, including a horse. Again, I apologize for interrupting your dinner as the food arrived at Le Petit Bistro, but it was great to meet you. The food was amazing, wasn’t it? I’d been there in 2015 when they were a few doors down and had only enough room for about six tables. I’ve already booked rooms at the Delmater Inn in town for next year. I’m also hoping Aaron from Fiberhustle can make it this time. He would just love it! 💕

I'm so glad you got to go to Rhinebeck. I used to live in NY but at the time I wasn't a knitter. I think if I were to go now I would just stand back and cry looking at all the podcasters, knowing that I know who they are but they don't know me. You get to feel so connected to everyone. I love that you guys are cat people. I'm a cat person myself. In fact when I lived in NY I used to manage a small veterinary clinic and my boss used to call me the cat whisperer. Once I became the manager I wasn't spending as much time in the back with the kitties, I loved to comfort them and help them back to health.
