This week for Starseed Mission Support I'm sharing with you this 15-minute daily energy clearing protocol that I use daily before bed and when I return to my own space after social events or outings! The world is getting crazy so it's vitally important for us to stay in our own energy and keep our space sovereign.
Often times the fear, stress, and anxiety we sense aren't even our own. As highly sensitive and intuitive individuals, it's essential for us to have a strong sense of our own soul's frequency so we can hold appropriate space and increase the light quotient of the Earth!
In this energy clearing protocol we:
✔ clear aura of all foreign energies
✔ remove and give back all energies to others that I’m carrying
✔ retrieval of all my own scattered energies back to self from others
✔ clear all unconscious cords and attachments between self and others in the home / shared spaces
✔ bring all cords and connections up into the high heart
✔ close all consciousness portals from social media/technology use to strangers, people, events, and places
✔ retrieve all soul energy scattered through social media/technology use
✔ clear home of all foreign energies
✔ establish an absolute sovereign and clear space
✔ ground self completely into core soul essence
✔ build 15D aura shield of energetic sovereignty

This has become my non-negotiable daily practice Xi! I love it and it feels very manageable with it being 15 minutes. As much as I love the healing ceremonies, I need to plan for them and really make the time, but with this I can inject it into my day at any moment for the most part. Thank you!

I have been doing this video for almost 2 years almost every night ! Just sleep much better after this and it shows in my dreams 🥰🙏☺️As an empath I’m assuming I need a very good clearing and calling my energy back to me! I had no idea at first why and how or what to even say .. Soul retrieval sounds real good about now. I hope so too, but I don't know how safe it is to do in a blind, group setting. That seems more like a one on one job. Whatever it is that she will do will help us all, I'm thinking. From what I gather, we've been pretty beat up lately. That's putting it mildly. What I want to do when I write about these attacks is to cuss like a drunken sailor, using all caps, a bazillion exclamation marks, and emojis that are expressive of grief, shock, and throwing up in one's mouth. 😇

Looking very much forward to the show tomorrow. Well, it's 1:35 am, so it already IS tomorrow.
Xi, I recently watched many of your older videos. You'd said that our arms are extensions of our throat chakras. Check this out. I started having terrible pain in my right arm. It felt like when you hit your funny bone but constant. Muscle spasms and nerve pain in entire arm. This started in April. Then in early July I was playing w my goofy German Shepherd dog and had a mishap. I ended up somehow ripping my entire left bicep off the ligaments and bone structure. It made a sickening, ripping, popping sound. Terrible injury. I must pause here and explain that when this happened, time slowed down and I was able to somehow force my bicep back into place. It came to me that I'd have to be brace and do it anyway, even tho most people will go to their graves without experiencing this level of pain. I called an ambulance. I was crying hysterically because it hurt so badly. They straight up told me that if I was taken to the ER I would be put in the hallway and have to wait a very long time to even be seen and that I wouldn't be given anything for pain, regardless. Since I'd already forced my bicep back into place I didn't need a doctor for anything but writing a script for some good opioids. War on drugs is happening, doncha know. So I dismiss the meat wagon and suffered horribly for weeks as I healed. My right arm never stopped hurting, mind you. Ok. With me so far? Just when my newest boo boo in my left arm started to heal enough so I could go back to regular activities with care, I hurt my OTHER ARM- the right one. I fell onto a piece of furniture and really did a number on my bicep. Bruising on both arms was spectacular! Black. And HUGE! It was a help to be able to SHOW as well as tell when I needed assistance. I could not, for the life of me, figure out why I kept hurting my arms like that. When you very briefly pointed out the arm-throat chakra connection it all made perfect sense. Woa. I've been warning people- mainly my 3 grown children and husband of 41 (DOG) years since 2017. They all think I'm crazy. It really hurts. Two of my children got Vaxxed. One was even boosted. T

Thank you Xi for the answer I so desperately needed. I'm convinced that I won't have any more arm boo boos in the future. I'll probably have some other sort of horiffic thing happen to me. I'm attacked on all sides. I don't know what I'm doing, but I try my best to protect myself. My living situation is bad. Narcissist husband. I need to protect my tender heart. I've never been able to not have my feeling hurt so bad that my heart breaks. This has been happening A LOT in the past few years. One after another. I know not how to protect my feelings. Wondering if you can speak about that. Maybe do a healing video for our feeling and teach how to be able to continue to love but not have your feelings hurt by the stupid people you can't help loving with all your heart. I'm rambling. Hehehe.

I am experiencing tooth pain in my molars on both sides and in my face. Can you tell me if these are ascension symptoms or ai attacks? Much Gratitude
In order to help, I'd need to know what kind of trauma / self-healing you have done? Do you take good care of your teeth / dental health? What kind of pain is it?
@@earthstar.academy I am stepping into shamanism so lots of trauma healing work has been done. My teeth have not been well taken care of so I’m not surprised however not completely convinced that’s all it is. The pain feels like the bones are shifting so a little different than a tooth ache.

Will this energy clearing help with integrating and clearing the damage our light body clones might be getting into in other and current timelines?
