Actually this was Saras' idea. I recall an interview by Zeljko that said it was Saras' proposal as a different play when he coached Panathinaikos. However, I had no idea about the 2002 play in Bologna...

Partizan used that play this in the late 80s under Vujošević, when Željko was a player
