At the IMID point it was a good idea to set up for the F. I was looking at a similar idea, but going with IMIDE for 33 two squares higher, keeping just one E and the F. As it happens your play worked out very well.
Roues would have won by a bigger margin (61) if opponent played Nihil going out. If opponent played Hili (for 26) at D1 as in game instead, could have played OVA at 7C for 12 +2 count back for a winning margin of 62. Blocking with OO turned out to lower the winning margin in this scenario.
I'm surprised you're allowed to look up words. In the rules that come with the physical game that's definitely not allowed. In fact if you play an invalid word and your opponent calls you out on it, you forefit that turn.
Void challenge (as in these games) levels the playing field when you are playing against people who look up words. In real life tourneys most are played to challenge rules which don't allow you to have another go if you play an invalid word
This guy is brutal. When he clearly has a win he still searches to make sure the opponent can't go out.
that's why he's a grandmaster :D
The accent and the suit and tie are a cherry on top to this chap’s masterful skills

Playing IMID to set up the IF play was genius
Half of these are not even words.
Some of the words are quite bizarre but they are all from reputable single volume dictionaries published in the UK or the US
I hoped you would play the IMID setup
16:03 when you were looking for 5 letter plays ending in F....I can't believe you missed QUEEF in row B 😂
How did you get two extra minutes at 19:34?
I think the clock resets to the time when opponent lost contact or quit
@@dweebovision I figured it had something to do with that, but didn't know the actual ruling.
7:28 Lux in the third row not good?Lux is the unit of the light, and two of three letters would be on light blue
LUX is good but score of 18 is lower than what I was looking to achieve with the X
Opiated dbl dbl instead of caw?
On which site do you play this or is it a downloaded game?
Internet Scrabble Club (www.isc.ro)
@@dweebovision thanks

Yes, I hadn't spotted opponent's high-scoring HILI play!
10:01 You could have played claw instead of caw
CLAW scores 3 fewer points than CAW plus L helps the rack leave after CAW
I rhought it would be more because of more letters, and i didn't see which square can add more points

This makes a lot of sense, thank you for the explanation
Joke of 1$ a month is appreciated
Vowel-dry 😂
