Debating on buying this for my Trackhawk. I have the same color. Just so I understand you don’t have to buy the Bluetooth remote if you use ur phone?

Well you don’t have to get the remote as long as you get the bluetooth module.
      I don’t have a remote, I use my phone

Good work. Thanks for taking the time to make the video. I'll be doing mine on my Durango Hellcat soon. How long did it overall take you?

Well This is my 4th time installing it on a Jeep SRT or Trackhawk so this time it took me about 45 minutes, could probably do it a bit faster without recording myself 😁
For the Durango Hellcat it may be a bit more difficult because you have to install it in the upper grille.
      Good luck

Did you have any problem with battery drain?

luckily no, on multiple instances I forgot to turn it off and left the light on for a few days, luckily it did not drain my battery.
I did think about connecting the power to a fuse which will allow it to only be able turn it on when ignition is on.

What fuse did you connect it to I actually connected it just how you did on the video and it drained my battery

@@kevinlsxhuerta4420 like you left the light on for a long time or something?
I still haven’t connected it to a fuse, (still connected to the hot)
had it like this for years also on my srt and battery never died.
Do you have the bluetooth module?

If you turn it off via app do it drain the battery still?

    • @drv1776

no I had mine this way for years on my last SRT and on the trackhawk for 1.5 years and never had issues with battery.
if you dont plan on using the light unless you drive then i recommend getting a fuse tapper and connect to that so it will only be powered when the car is running

@@drv1776 mines came with a inline fuse. I can also control via app but I wanna use it when the car is on and off. I’m just worried if I turn it off by the app it will still drain the battery. I just remove the fuse once I park
